Sapphire St. Augustine is a finer bladed
turf grass than traditional St. Augustines. It has been found to retain its
blue-green color late into the fall while having fewer diseases and insect
issues. Like other St. Augusines, Sapphire does well in shaded conditions and
tolerates salt spray and mild drought conditions. Homeowners will also find it
to be wear tolerant under moderate traffic
conditions.
